Some call it their skunk works. We call ours the SWAMP.

Set apart from the rest of our operations, our SWAMP has a team of dedicated engineers and designers who focus exclusively on developing, designing and implementing new processes and products.

Our SWAMP is equipped with prototyping facilities, a tool room, tryout presses and validation and testing equipment—everything we need to develop quick and inexpensive prototypes designed to work within the end product or system. If an idea doesn’t work, we’ll find a new one. If it shows potential, we’ll dig in and work out the kinks.

And in order to ensure the absolute best value for our customers, our design processes include VA/VE, FEA, DFMEA/PFMEA and APQP.
