Identifying and correcting the root cause of tool related defects. 5 + years of relevant molding making and repair experience are required. Process Engineer
Our Process Engineer will work as part of a cross functional launch team of Project Engineers and Tooling Engs to develop robust molding processes, robust tooling and automation for new product launches, as well as problem solving and trouble shooting existing processes.

Premium Shift Injection Molding Supervisors (2nd and 3rd shift)
Are you ready to make a difference and lead a team of people to success? We are looking for people with 3 - 5 years prior injection molding processing and trouble shooting experience. The duties include trouble shooting injection molding processes and equipment; leading a small team of people in execution of daily production tasks and in continuous improvement; Sequencing production orders and ensuring we meet customer requirements; along with maintaining safety, quality and delivery.
Cullman, AL Facility
Quality Field Engineer
This position is the primary customer interface for customer quality issues. You will be responsible for managing customer issue resolution including containment, root cause and correction action. You must have working knowledge of APQP documentation, GD&T, SPC, DOE’s and be capable of performing thorough process audits and PFMEA reviews. Injection molding experience is preferred. Black belt or statistical experience is desired - but not required.
Injection Molding Technicians/Supervisors
3 - 5 years prior injection molding processing and trouble shooting experience is required along with experience with de-coupling molding methodologies. The duties include trouble shooting injection molding processes and equipment; execution of daily production tasks and continuous improvement; Sequencing production orders and ensuring we meet customer requirements; along with maintaining safety, quality and delivery.
Operators - 2nd and 3rd shift
We are hiring operators and assemblers. You must have a high school diploma or GED, ability to work well with others, follow operator instructions, inspect parts and willing to work overtime.
